Shopping
Ionia’s downtown brings together the best in shopping aligned with picturesque storefronts built from century-old quarried pink sandstone. Specialty shops, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, furniture, florists, music and jewelry stores are just a few of the time-honored businesses that fill the shopping district. If you are seeking the larger retail and franchise businesses, they are located on the outskirts of the historic downtown. Each will welcome you with friendly, courteous staff dedicated to customer service.
From June through September, enjoy the bounty at the Farmer’s Market! The market is located at the corner of Adams and Steele Street. Items sold at the Ionia Farmers’ Market may include fruit, produce, honey, maple syrup, baked goods, flowers, plants, and homemade arts and crafts items, antiques, etc.
